Adani Transmission appoints Rohit Soni as Chief Financial Officer
Adani Transmission's board of directors have approved the appointment of Chartered Accountant Rohit Soni as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company
New Delhi: Adani Transmission's board of directors have approved the appointment of Rohit Soni, Chartered Accountant as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. The appointment has come into effect from September 06, 2021.
Before joining Adani Transmission, Rohit has worked with the Vedanta group in various roles. His immediate past assignment was as Chief Procurement Officer for Vedanta Group, as also CFO of various Vedanta SPVs. Rohit is a Chartered Accountant and Alumni of Harvard Business School, Boston, USA (General Management Program GMP).
Rohit brings with him over 19 years of rich experience in managing complex businesses in the Metal & Mining industry, both in India & overseas. His experience spans across Business Controllership, Risk Management & Governance, Financial reporting to the Board, Systems and process deployment, Business Partnering, M&A and financial due diligence, and creating Commercial value.
