Bajaj Finance Appoints Tushar Deb as Senior Management Personnel

Mumbai: Bajaj Finance Limited has officially classified Tushar Deb, Executive Vice President – Debt Management Services (DMS), as a Senior Management Personnel, effective 1 April 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

With over 25.5 years of experience in credit cards, consumer finance, personal loans, and retail lending, Tushar brings extensive expertise in managing urban and rural portfolios, compliance, audit, and strategy functions across Debt Management Services. He has been associated with Bajaj Finance for over 12.5 years and has previously led the DMS Centre of Excellence (COE), overseeing enterprise-wide capabilities including business intelligence, IT systems, vendor management, training, and large-scale portfolios such as the co-branded credit card business.

Prior to Bajaj Finance, Tushar held leadership roles at Fullerton India Credit Company, HSBC, Barclays, ABN AMRO, and Standard Chartered Bank, where he was instrumental in setting up debt management infrastructure, launching new card businesses, and optimizing performance across regions.

Tushar holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University and a Post Graduate Executive Certificate in General Management from IIM Raipur, recognized for his ability to build scalable operations, strong governance frameworks, and high-performing teams.

This move underscores Bajaj Finance’s focus on strengthening leadership in debt management and maintaining robust governance and operational excellence across its retail and B2B financial portfolios.
