Mumbai, January 3, 2026 – Bharti Airtel Limited has initiated a postal ballot and remote e-voting process to secure shareholder approval for key executive appointments and corporate governance updates.

Shareholders are being asked to approve:

  • Shashwat Sharma as Managing Director & CEO (Airtel India) and his remuneration.

  • Gopal Vittal as Executive Vice Chairman and his remuneration.

  • Dinesh Kumar Khara as an Independent Director.

The e-voting period, managed by KFin Technologies, began on January 3, 2026, and will end on February 1, 2026. Voting rights are proportional to shareholding as of the cut-off date, December 27, 2025. Shareholders without registered emails are advised to update their details to participate.

Results will be announced within two working days after the conclusion of e-voting. All documents and notices are available on Bharti Airtel’s official website.
