Blue Dart appoints Sagar Patil as CFO
New Delhi: Indian logistics company, Blue Dart, in its Board of Directors meeting held today on July 29, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Sagar Patil, Interim CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), as Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. August 01, 2025, and he continues to be the KMP of the Company. The terms of appointment are as recommended by the NRC and approved by the Board of Directors from time to time.
Mr. Sagar Patil is a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience. He has been with Blue Dart Express Limited for more than 8 years and has worked in various roles in Finance, viz; Corporate Controller, Head- Corporate Accounts and Interim CFO.
