CG Power Allots 10,000 Equity Shares Under ESOP 2021

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has allotted 10,000 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021). The shares, each with a face value of ₹2 and an exercise price of ₹156.20, were allotted to eligible employees who exercised their stock options.

The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares, ensuring full rights and benefits for the employees. Following this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity capital has increased from ₹3,14,97,35,218 to ₹3,14,97,55,218, comprising 1,57,48,77,609 equity shares.
