Desco Infratech Bags Rs 11 Crore O&M Contracts from Avantika Gas and BPCL

Desco Infratech announced that it has won new work orders worth Rs 11.37 crore from Avantika Gas and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), strengthening its presence in the city gas distribution and pipeline services segment.

The company received a letter of intent (LOI) worth Rs 9.92 crore from Avantika Gas, along with a letter of award (LOA) worth Rs 1.44 crore from BPCL.
The contracts include operation and maintenance (O&M) of steel and MDPE pipeline networks and PNG connections—domestic, industrial, and commercial—across Indore and Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh).

Additionally, the scope extends to O&M services for PNG domestic and commercial networks in Anandpur Sahib, Punjab.

Desco Infratech, which operates in engineering, planning, construction, CGD, renewable energy, water, and power sectors, reported strong financial performance in FY25. The company’s net profit surged 172.9% to Rs 9.06 crore, while revenue jumped 102.3% to Rs 59.45 crore compared with FY24.

Despite the order wins, Desco Infratech shares fell 2.65% to Rs 206.10 on the BSE on Wednesday.
