IIFL Finance Allots ₹100 Crore Subordinated NCDs on Private Placement
Mumbai: IIFL Finance Limited has allotted Non-Convertible Debentures worth ₹100 crore on a private placement basis.
The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, vide resolution dated 8 September 2026, approved the allotment of 10,000 Subordinated, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹100 crore under Series D38.
