New Delhi: Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd today on January 14 has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Jan 17, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds through issue of secured and/or unsecured debt and/or equity shares and/or any other convertible or exchangeable securities, including but not limited to, warrants, depository receipts, FCCBs, FCEBs or any combination thereof, by way of a public or preferential offer, a private placement, follow-on public offering, rights issue, qualified institutions placement or a combination thereof, or such other methods or combinations as may be decided, in India or abroad, as may be considered appropriate, subject to the regulatory and/or statutory approvals, as applicable.

The company also mentioned that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which had been closed earlier, shall remain closed till further instruction.
