Bangalore, March 18, 2026: Infosys Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Infosys Singapore Pte Ltd, has received board approval to incorporate a new wholly owned subsidiary in Australia, named Infosys Enterprise Business Services Pty. Ltd (or another available name in the commercial register).
