IRM Energy Limited has informed stock exchanges about the resignation of a senior management official. Mr. Raghuvirsinh Solanki, Executive Vice President – Commercial & Marketing and a designated Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, has stepped down from his role due to personal reasons.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the resignation takes effect from the close of business hours on 12 December 2025. The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company stated that the required disclosures, as prescribed under SEBI’s Master Circular dated 11 November 2024, along with a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Solanki, have been shared with the stock exchanges as part of the filing. IRM Energy confirmed that the resignation was voluntary and based purely on personal considerations.
