The company bought 41,787 shares on December 4, 2025 from the open market.
Before this, it already owned 24,82,082 shares.
Now, after the new purchase, it owns 25,23,869 shares in total.
This is only 0.24% of the company’s total shares.
Jindal Cement is part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel.
The company also shared a list of all promoters and how many shares they own.
