Mumbai, February 23, 2026 Jindal Stainless Limited (BSE: 532508 | NSE: JSL) has informed the stock exchanges about the dispatch of its Postal Ballot Notice dated February 17, 2026, seeking shareholders’ approval for the re-appointment of three Independent Directors for a second consecutive term of three years.
