Jindal Stainless Appoints Kunjal Mehta as Senior Management Personnel

New Delhi: Jindal Stainless Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Kunjal Mehta as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company with effect from June 1, 2026.

The decision was taken by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a resolution passed by circulation.

CFO Candidature to Be Considered

The company has also stated that Mr. Mehta’s candidature for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be placed before the:

• Nomination & Remuneration Committee

• Audit Committee

• Board of Directors

for consideration at upcoming meetings.
