Jindal Stainless Partners with IIM Bangalore to Launch Strategic Leadership Development Programme
Bengaluru, March 20, 2026: Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, has announced a strategic partnership with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) to co-create a customised Strategic Leadership Development Programme for its senior leadership team.
The programme has been specifically designed to strengthen strategic thinking, business judgement, and decision-making capabilities among senior professionals, enabling them to take on critical leadership roles within the organisation.
The initiative was formally inaugurated by Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director, Jindal Stainless, in the presence of Sushil Baveja, Chief Human Resources Officer; Mukta Kulkarni, Dean (Programmes), IIM Bangalore; Dr. Deepak Chandrashekar, Faculty (Strategy), IIM Bangalore; and Mr. Anand Pachouri, Head (Learning & Development), Jindal Stainless.
Programme Overview
Spread over a period of three months, the programme combines academic depth with practical application and includes an intensive eight-day campus immersion at IIM Bangalore.
A cohort of 23 participants from diverse functional domains within Jindal Stainless will engage in sessions led by IIMB faculty. The curriculum has been designed to be highly interactive and experiential, with a strong emphasis on real-world business challenges.
