Jindal Stainless Signs Technical Assistance Deal with JFE Steel
National, September 7, 2026: Jindal Stainless has entered into a Technical Assistance Agreement with Japan’s JFE Steel Corporation to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities for selected ferritic stainless steel grades.

Jindal Stainless Managing Director Abhyuday Jindal said JFE Steel’s expertise in ferritic stainless steel manufacturing will support improvements in product quality and operational excellence.
The company said the agreement will help it leverage global expertise, foster innovation and build manufacturing capabilities for the future growth of stainless steel.
Jindal Stainless reported an annual melt capacity of 4.2 million tonnes and FY26 annual turnover of ₹42,955 crore. As of March 2026, the company had 16 stainless steel manufacturing and processing facilities in India and overseas, including Spain and Indonesia.
