New Delhi: According to the company, the incident occurred at the Fujairah Liquid Terminal, where one out of fifteen storage tanks was impacted by falling debris following the interception of a drone. The company clarified that emergency response procedures were immediately activated in accordance with established safety protocols.
Swift action by local authorities and the company’s on-site safety teams ensured that the situation was fully contained without escalation.
No Injuries Reported
JSW Infrastructure confirmed that there were no injuries, and all personnel at the terminal are safe. The remaining fourteen storage tanks at the facility have been secured.
The company also stated that adequate insurance coverage for the facility is already in place, mitigating potential financial impact.

A detailed technical assessment is currently underway to evaluate the structural impact on the affected tank and to determine the restoration and repair plan. The company has assured stakeholders that any further developments will be communicated in accordance with regulatory requirements.
