EMS Ltd secures major Kolkata civic contract for river rejuvenation project
EMS Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the tender issued from The Kolkata Municipal Corporation and has been emerged as lowest bidder.
According to the exchange filing, the order value is approximately Rs.78197.91 Lakhs (Rupees Seventy-Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven Lakhs and Ninety-One Thousand Only) including Operation & Maintenance work, GST and other charges, wherein EMS limited is having 74 % share with the Other JV Partner.
The contract includes Pollution Abatement Work for Rejuvenation of River Adi Ganga, Kolkata, West Bengal. The time period of Design & Build Period is of 36 months and Operation & Maintenance period is of 15 years thereafter and the Order value is approximately Rs.78197.91 Lakhs.
