L&T Scheme of Arrangement with L&T Realty: NCLT Admits Petition, Hearing on 6 Oct
Mumbai: Larsen & Toubro Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has admitted the Joint Company Scheme Petition in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement between Larsen & Toubro Limited and L&T Realty Properties Limited.

The Tribunal has directed the companies to issue notices to the Central Government (through the Regional Director), Registrar of Companies, Income Tax authorities and other statutory regulators. Notices are also required to be published in Business Standard (English) and Loksatta (Marathi).
Authorities have been given 30 days to file their representations, if any. In case no representation is received, it will be presumed that they have no objection to the proposed Scheme.
