L&T Technology Services’ CBO Rajkumar Ravindranathan Resigns, Key Management Update

Mumbai, February 1, 2026 – L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) has announced the resignation of Mr. Rajkumar Ravindranathan, Chief Business Officer – EMEA & RoW, effective from January 31, 2026.

Mr. Ravindranathan has decided to pursue career opportunities outside the L&T Group, marking a significant change in the company’s senior management structure. He has been a key part of LTTS’s leadership team, contributing to its business growth and global client engagement strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Rest of the World (RoW).

The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring transparency for investors and stakeholders. The company has stated that there are no relationships with other directors affecting this change, and the resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on January 31, 2026.
