Mahindra & Mahindra Employees Exercise 1.03 Lakh ESOP Shares – February 2026
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has announced the successful transfer of 103,715 equity shares to employees under its Employees’ Stock Option Scheme (ESOP). The shares were transferred on 16th February 2026 by the Mahindra & Mahindra Employees’ Stock Option Trust to eligible stock option grantees.
The move follows the company’s commitment to rewarding employee performance and aligning the workforce with shareholder interests. The exercise of stock options reflects M&M’s focus on employee engagement, retention, and wealth creation.
