MTAR Technologies Secures Rs 194 Crore MEIL Order for Key Components Supply

MTAR Technologies has received a new order worth Rs 194 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (MEIL). The contract includes the supply of end fittings and related components, with the project planned for completion by April 2028.

MTAR Technologies is known for manufacturing high-precision components and equipment for sectors such as defence, aerospace, clean energy, and nuclear power.

In its latest quarterly results, the company reported a significant decline in performance. Consolidated net profit fell 77.4% to Rs 4.25 crore in Q2 FY26, while revenue from operations dropped 28.2% to Rs 134.36 crore compared with Q2 FY25.

On the market front, shares of MTAR Technologies closed 5.56% lower at Rs 2,378 on Friday, 5 December 2025.
