New Delhi: Mukka Proteins surged 12.06 percent to Rs 28.25 after announcing that its joint venture with Hardik Gowda and MS Jathin Infra secured a Rs 474.89 crore contract from Bengaluru Solid Waste Management Limited (BSWML).
The order, received on 3 December 2025, involves the treatment and disposal of legacy leachate at the Mittaganahalli and Kannur landfill sites. The project is scheduled for execution over four years or until the complete disposal of accumulated leachate, whichever is earlier. The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any stake in the awarding authority, and the transaction is not classified as a related-party deal under regulatory norms.
