Therefore, based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held at shorter notice i.e. today Monday, 05th May, 2025, inter alia, noted, considered and
approved the following:
1. Resignation of Mr. Hardik Chandra from the post of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Nodal Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 05, 2025 (closure of business hours).
2. Appointment of Mrs. Hemali Rachh (ACS 64025), as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Nodal Officer w.e.f. May 06, 2025 pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of
SEBI LODR.
Mrs. Hemali Rachh is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), along with Bachelor's degree in Law and Commerce.
She has about 03 years of experience across the Secretarial and Corporate governance practices in listed companies.
