Mr. Ravindranathan tendered his resignation to explore a new career opportunity. In his resignation email, he expressed gratitude for the past five years at LTTS, highlighting his professional growth and the support he received from the leadership team. He also committed to ensuring a smooth transition during the notice period.
The Company acknowledged Mr. Ravindranathan’s resignation and agreed on his last working day as January 31, 2026, following the expiry of his notice period. LTTS emphasized the importance of safeguarding the company’s business during his notice period and after the termination of employment, in line with company policy.
