Skyline Ventures India Limited Announces Key Board Changes
Skyline Ventures India appoints three new directors and removes three others after EGM, strengthening leadership and governance at the company.

New Delhi/Hyderabad, 2 January 2026: Skyline Ventures India Limited has announced significant changes to its board of directors following an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 31 December 2025.
The shareholders approved the removal of three directors:

Ms. Asha Mitta
-
Mr. Anil
-
Ms. Hannah Priyadarshini
These removals were reportedly due to a loss of confidence by the shareholders in the current board.
At the same meeting, the company also appointed three new directors:

Mr. Kantheti Phanindra Varma – an experienced technology and project management professional with over 20 years in global roles at Oracle NetSuite and other firms.

Mr. Madhu Mohan Avalur – a serial entrepreneur and investor with 30 years of experience across multiple industries, including gaming, finance, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Mr. Venkata Satya Subrahmanyam Mukkavalli – a finance and supply chain expert with 30 years of experience in advisory, energy efficiency, and project management.
All appointments are effective from 31 December 2025 and the directors are liable for rotational retirement. None of the newly appointed directors are debarred from holding office under SEBI regulations.
The company’s registered office is located at Workafella, Cyber Crown, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana.
