New Delhi: Solar Industries India Limited has announced that the tenure of Shri Jagdish Chandra Belwal (DIN: 08644877) as Non-Executive Independent Director has officially concluded on December 5, 2025. Upon completion of his first term, he has ceased to serve on the company’s Board effective from the close of business hours.
The Board of Directors and the management expressed their sincere appreciation for Shri Belwal’s valuable contributions and strategic guidance during his association with the company.
