Mumbai | December 4, 2025 Solar Industries India Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Ramesh M. Bhujang as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the company, effective December 3, 2025. The appointment, approved by the company’s Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will be for a term of two years, subject to shareholders’ approval.
Profile of Shri Ramesh Bhujang
Shri Bhujang is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in banking, infrastructure finance, and industrial development. He holds Master’s degrees in Economics from Bombay University and Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
He has previously served in senior leadership roles at L&T Infrastructure Finance Ltd and internationally with the Asian Finance & Investment Corporation Ltd, Manila, where he rose to the position of Associate Managing Director (Investments).
The Board has confirmed that Shri Bhujang has no familial relationship with any other director of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI or any other authority.
