Solex Energy Limited and Germany’s ISC Konstanz Forge Strategic R&D Partnership

New Delhi, October 29, 2025: In a landmark move for India’s renewable energy sector, Solex Energy Limited, a leading solar manufacturer listed on NSE: SOLEX, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ISC Konstanz, Germany, for advanced R&D and technological collaboration in solar cell manufacturing. The announcement was made today at a press conference in New Delhi, attended by Solex leadership, ISC Konstanz delegates, and key industry stakeholders.
 
Through this strategic partnership, ISC Konstanz will extend comprehensive technological support to Solex for upgrading its upcoming TOPCon cell line and adopting next-generation Rear Contact and c-Si tandem/perovskite solar technologies. The collaboration will also enable the establishment of Solex’s dedicated in-house R&D line, backed by ISC Konstanz’s patent portfolio, driving continuous innovation and high-efficiency solar manufacturing within India.

Under Solex’s Vision 2030, Solex aims to establish 10 GW of solar module and 10 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity, setting new benchmarks in Indian solar manufacturing.
 
At the same event, Solex unveiled a concept launch of India’s first Rear Contact Solar Module, TAPI Rear Contact, representing a major leap forward in design and efficiency. TAPI is a registered name and logo under Solex Energy Limited. Powered by advanced N-Type Rear Contact technology, the new module delivers up to 24.60% efficiency and 665W power output, with zero front shading and exceptional temperature performance. The commercial production of TAPI Rear Contact is scheduled to commence by FY27, marking Solex’s entry into the next era of premium solar technology.
 
Solex also announced that visitors can explore its innovations at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo, beginning October 30, 2025, at Greater Noida. The company will be showcasing its latest technologies and the TAPI Rear Contact product range at Booth No. R318, Hall 11.
 
As part of its expansion strategy, Solex is actively seeking new partnerships with dealers and distributors across India and international markets including the United States and Europe, further strengthening its global reach.
 
Notably, Solex Energy Limited has recently migrated from NSE Emerge to the NSE Main Board, marking a major milestone in its growth journey and reinforcing its position as one of India’s most credible and future-ready renewable energy enterprises.
