Suzlon Energy CEO of WTG Division Vivek Srivastava Steps Down
New Delhi/Bombay: The Stock Exchange of Mumbai has announced that Mr. Vivek Srivastava has resigned from his position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Division of Suzlon Energy Limited effective from December 26, 2025.
Mr. Srivastava will lose his status as part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company (SMP) following his resignation. This information was made public as a part of Regulatory Filing by Suzlon under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Srivastava's resignation has been attributed to him pursuing opportunities with other companies in the industry, which was stated in the filing by Suzlon. In addition, Suzlon has stated explicitly that he is not related to any of the Directors of Suzlon Energy.
A copy of the resignation letter from Mr. Srivastava dated December 26, 2025, has been submitted to the Exchange in compliance with regulatory requirements and has been shared with the investing public.
Suzlon has not yet announced a replacement for Mr. Srivastava for the position of CEO - WTG Division.
