Mumbai, February 23, 2026: Tata Communications Limited has announced that Mr. Bhaskar Gorti, Executive Vice President – Cloud and Cyber Security Services, has resigned from his position and has been relieved from the company’s services with immediate effect.

The development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

 

Immediate Effect from February 23, 2026

According to the company’s regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange and BSE, Mr. Gorti ceased to be part of the senior management team effective February 23, 2026.

The filing clarified:
