Tata Communications Forms Joint Venture in China with Shanghai Runshengtong

Mumbai, March 18, 2026: Tata Communications Limited, a global leader in telecommunications and technology solutions, announced the incorporation of a new joint venture in China, TC (Shanghai) Technology Company Limited (“TC Shanghai”). The JV was officially registered on March 12, 2026, and received its Certificate of Incorporation from the Administration of Market Regulation of Lin-gang Special Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on March 18, 2026.

The joint venture was established following a Joint Venture Agreement signed on February 27, 2026, between Tata Communications (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Tata Communications Limited, and Shanghai Runshengtong Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
