Tata Steel Acquires USD 264 Million Equity in T Steel Holdings Pte Ltd
New Delhi: Tata Steel Limited has announced the acquisition of 261,90,47,620 equity shares in its wholly owned foreign subsidiary, T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd (TSHP), aggregating to USD 264 million (₹2,401.50 crore).
The disclosure was made on February 26, 2026, to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
