Tata Technologies appointed S.Sukanya as COO of the Board
Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of Ms.S.Sukanya as the COO of the company.
According to the exchange filing of the company with according to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations 2015, the company informed that Ms. S. Sukanya has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company w.e.f. March 6, 2024. Her appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Date of Appointment is confirmed on March 6, 2024, and the terms of Appointment is Full Time Employment. Ms S. Sukanya joins Tata Technologies Limited as the Chief Operating Officer. As part of the Executive Leadership team, she will be responsible for managing Delivery and Operations across Tata Technologies businesses.

Ms. Sukanya holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science and Informatics from Bharathiar University. Ms. Sukanya joins the company from Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) where she worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer during her 33+ years stint at TCS, she made valuable contributions to various leadership roles in the Company.
