Mumbai: TCS subsidiary HyperVault AI Data Center Limited has secured 264 acres in Hyderabad to develop an AI data center campus with capacity of up to 1 GW.

The campus will be built for frontier AI companies and hyperscalers, with high-density, liquid-cooled infrastructure for AI training, inference and advanced computing workloads.

AI Infrastructure in Hyderabad

The purpose-built campus will support high-density GPU deployments for AI training and inference. HyperVault said the development will be aligned with customer demand and technology requirements.

The infrastructure will include direct-to-chip liquid cooling, high rack density and network connectivity.

 

Investment and Jobs

HyperVault and its partners are expected to invest up to ₹70,000 crore to build and manage the infrastructure.

The project is also expected to generate several thousand direct and indirect jobs and support related activities across power, cooling, networking, construction, engineering and operations.
