Mumbai, June 17, 2026: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world's leading IT services and consulting companies, has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Norwegian packaging giant Elopak ASA to modernize and manage its global IT operations through artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud technologies.

Under the agreement, TCS will serve as Elopak's strategic IT partner and implement a process-centric operating model aimed at improving agility, operational efficiency, and digital experiences across the company's worldwide operations.

 

TCS to Deploy AI-Powered Cognix™ Platform

Leveraging its AI-first strategy, TCS will deploy advanced analytics and automation capabilities through its proprietary Cognix™ platform. Built on the company's Machine First™ philosophy, Cognix™ is designed to deliver intelligent service management and future-ready IT operations.

The transformation program will support Elopak's broader objective of modernizing end-to-end IT services, including the establishment of an integrated service desk and upgrades to critical enterprise applications.
