Texmaco Rail & Engineering Secures Rs 3.36-Crore Order from Central Railway
Texmaco Rail & Engineering bags a Rs 3.36 crore order from Central Railway for replacement of copper G jumpers in Mumbai Division, to be completed in 12 months.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has secured a fresh order valued at Rs 3.36 crore from Central Railway for the replacement of copper G jumpers across the Mumbai Division. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing, noting that the project must be completed within 12 months from the issuance date of the Letter of Acceptance.
The company also clarified that neither its promoters nor members of the promoter group hold any interest in the awarding authority. As a result, the transaction does not fall under the category of related-party dealings as per regulatory norms.
Part of the Adventz Group, Texmaco Rail & Engineering is a well-established name in India’s railway and infrastructure landscape. The company operates through three major verticals—Freight Cars, Infra-Rail & Green Energy, and Infra-Electrical. It is known for manufacturing rolling stock, loco components, hydro-mechanical equipment, steel structures, bridges, and railway infrastructure systems. Texmaco is also among the leading suppliers of freight wagons to Indian Railways.
Despite the new order, the company recently reported a dip in financial performance. Its consolidated net profit declined 13.73% to Rs 63.92 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 74.10 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations also fell 21.38% YoY, coming in at Rs 1,058.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Shares of Texmaco Rail & Engineering closed 1.08% lower at Rs 128.05 on the BSE, even as the company continues to strengthen its presence in the railway engineering and infrastructure sector through fresh order wins like this one
