Titagarh Rail Systems Appoints Bhavesh Jethwa as Head of Operations – PRS

Kolkata, 5 September 2026: Titagarh Rail Systems Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a restructuring in the senior management of its Passenger Rail Systems (PRS) business.

Mr. Bhavesh Jethwa has assumed charge as Head of Operations (COO) of the Passenger Rail Systems business. Consequently, Mr. Vijay Subramanian has ceased to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer, Passenger Rail Systems, with effect from 2 September 2026.

About Bhavesh Jethwa

Mr. Bhavesh Jethwa brings over 25 years of experience in the railway and metro industry. He has held leadership roles with Alstom, Bombardier and Mahindra & Mahindra and has been associated with major projects, including India’s first Namo Bharat (RRTS) project.

His expertise covers project execution, business development, technology transfer and rolling stock technologies. The company expects his appointment to strengthen PRS leadership and improve execution efficiency, operational excellence and overall business performance.

The change is part of the company’s management restructuring plan aimed at strengthening the PRS business. The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and is also available on the company’s website.
