Mumbai, February 25, 2026: Wipro Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the allotment of equity shares pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options.
In a regulatory filing submitted to both BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 507685) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: WIPRO), the company announced that it has allotted a total of 1,29,574 equity shares on February 25, 2026.

19,762 equity shares were allotted under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004

1,09,812 equity shares were allotted under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007
The allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) by eligible employees.
