Wipro Extends AI Digital Workplace Deal with ABB
New Delhi: Wipro has renewed its long-standing Digital Workplace Services contract with ABB, effective from the announcement on 1 September 2026.
The AI-led engagement will continue supporting ABB’s global operations with end-to-end Digital Workplace Services. It focuses on improving employee experience through advanced automation, GenAI-powered self-service, virtual agents, auto-remediation, and stronger endpoint security.
Services will run on Wipro Intelligence™, AI Live Workspace™, WINGS, and SmartOps (AIOps). The goal is a more autonomous, predictive, and resilient workplace while supporting ABB’s digital transformation and sustainability aims.
Ana Jauregui, Head of Consumer Experience, ABB, said the partnership will help drive higher productivity and employee satisfaction at global scale. Madhavan R of Wipro highlighted the trust-based, multi-year relationship and the shared focus on AI-driven workplace innovation.
This deal strengthens Wipro’s presence in the industrial and manufacturing sector. It was earlier referenced in Wipro’s April 2026 financial results.
