Wipro Appoints Ms. Laura Marie Miller as Independent Director

Bangalore, 5 March 2026: Wipro Limited (NSE: WIPRO; BSE: 507685; NYSE: WIT) has announced the appointment of Ms. Laura Marie Miller as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of five years, effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031. The appointment is subject to approval by the company’s shareholders.

The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on 5 March 2026. Ms. Miller brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, with expertise in technology, AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, and data capabilities. She has held senior leadership positions at global organizations such as Macy’s, InterContinental Hotels Group, and First Data, where she led enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, and AI-enabled operational modernization.

Ms. Miller has extensive public-company board experience, having served on the boards of EVO Payments, LGI Homes, NCR Voyix, and Ahold Delhaize, where she chairs or serves on key committees including Risk, Audit, Finance, and Technology.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland. The company confirmed that Ms. Miller is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI or any other authority.
