NTPC Bongaigaon Employees Join ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ March
NTPC Bongaigaon celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day with a spirited tricolour march under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Employees and associates showcased unity, patriotism, and national pride through symbolic activities.

In line with the Government of India’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and marking the 79th Independence Day celebrations, NTPC Bongaigaon — the flagship 750 MW power station of North East India — witnessed enthusiastic participation from its employees and associates in a spirited tricolour march within the plant premises. The event was led by Shri Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon.

Carrying the national flag with pride, senior officials, employees, and associates undertook a symbolic walk from the Administrative Building to the Plant Gate, reaffirming their commitment to the spirit of patriotism and unity. Participants also captured selfies with the tricolour and uploaded them to the official ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ portal, further amplifying the campaign’s message across digital platforms.
The initiative resonated with the nationwide call to honour the Indian National Flag, instilling a deep sense of belonging and national pride among the workforce, while highlighting NTPC’s continued alignment with national causes and community-driven initiatives.
