Edu Dialogue at SDI Bhubaneswar Highlights Youth Role in Viksit Bharat

Bhubaneswar, November 28, 2025: A significant Edu Dialogue event, organized by the Skill Development Institute (SDI) Bhubaneswar in collaboration with the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN), brought together students, alumni, and officials to discuss the future of skilling and technology.

Focus on Student Aspirations and Global Partnerships

Interactions took place with students from both the GFTN FinTech Program and SDI Bhubaneswar, focusing on their experiences, dreams, and aspirations.

• Youth Role in Viksit Bharat: Officials expressed confidence that the youth are "perfectly poised" to benefit from emerging opportunities and will be the driving force behind achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat (Developed India).

• Appreciation for SDI: SDI Bhubaneswar was highly appreciated for its "round-the-clock efforts" to skill, upgrade, and make the youth of Odisha future-ready.

• Global Collaboration: The importance of international academic partnerships was highlighted, noting that SDI Bhubaneswar's collaborations with global institutes like the National University of Singapore (NUS) will further accelerate the career development of its students.

Vision for Odisha's Milestones

The dialogue emphasized the synergy between Odisha's unique cultural strengths and the talent of its youth, which together will drive the state to greater heights.

The speakers focused on preparing the youth for two major upcoming milestones:

1. Odisha’s 100 years of formation in 2036.

2. India's 100 years of independence in 2047 (Viksit Bharat).

It was asserted that the Skill Development Institute Bhubaneswar is set to bring a new culture of skilling, contributing directly to the goal of Viksit Odisha and Viksit Bharat.
