IIM Jammu Concludes 13th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program with Grand Valedictory Ceremony
The Indian Institute of Management Jammu, under the leadership of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu, concluded the 13th batch of its prestigious Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP) with a formal valedictory ceremony held at the Vedanta MDP Centre 14th Oct 2025.
New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu, under the leadership of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu, concluded the 13th batch of its prestigious Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP) with a formal valedictory ceremony held at the Vedanta MDP Centre 14th Oct 2025. The five-day program, conducted from 10th Nov to 14th Nov 2025, is aimed at equipping emerging leaders with the skills, perspectives, and strategic insights necessary to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. Organized under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, Ministry of Education, Government of India, this initiative reflects IIM Jammu's commitment to academic excellence and leadership development. Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean, Faculty and Research, IIM Jammu graced the valedictory ceremony.
The event also featured the certificate distribution ceremony, recognizing the participants' successful completion of the program. A formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Rambalak Yadav, Program Director, IIM Jammu followed by the National Anthem, marking the ceremonial conclusion. Present on the occasion were Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean Faculty and Research; Prof. Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu; Prof. P.P Maheshwari and Dr. Rambalak Yadav, Program Directors, IIM Jammu. The 13th Batch of NFLP stands yet another testament to IIM Jammu’s mission to nurture future-ready leaders who can drive transformation and resilience in a rapidly changing business ecosystem. The Nurturing Future Leadership Program aligns with the Malaviya Mission’s vision of empowering educators and leaders to shape India’s educational landscape, reinforcing IIM Jammu’s position as a hub for leadership and innovation.
