Jammu, November 28, 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu successfully concluded the International HR Conference (IHRC) 2025 with a grand valedictory ceremony at Mandapam, bringing together more than 150 academicians, researchers, HR leaders, and industry experts from India and abroad.
Held over two days with the theme “Future of Fusion: Fueling Innovation, Resilience, and Sustainable Success,” the conference explored emerging intersections across technology, people, sustainability, leadership, and the future of work.
Key Highlights of the Valedictory Ceremony
The ceremony was led by Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean (Faculty & Research), along with Dr. Mamta Tripathi, Conference Chair, and Conference Co-Chairs Dr. Garima Saini and Dr. Sumesh P. Soman.
Dr. Mamta Tripathi presented an overview of the conference, noting that over 200 research papers were received, 112 were presented across 16 thematic tracks, and that the event reflected a strong focus on the relationship between technology and human behaviour. She also acknowledged the collaboration with IIM Bangalore and highlighted publication opportunities for shortlisted papers.
Prof. Jabir Ali, in his special address, emphasized the growing importance of agile, human-centric, and technology-augmented HR models for the future workplace. He called for sustained collaboration and impactful, evidence-based research.
