Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and Rural Development, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, inaugurated a Veterinary Clinical Complex, Fisheries & Livestock Units, and a Residential Complex at RLBCAU's campus in Datia, Madhya Pradesh

DATIA, MADHYA PRADESH – In a major boost to agricultural and rural development in the region, Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and Rural Development, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, inaugurated several important facilities at the Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU) in Datia today.

The new facilities include the Veterinary Clinical Complex, along with various Fisheries & Livestock Units and a Residential Complex. These projects, carried out by the national construction company NBCC, are part of a broader effort to modernize and expand the university's infrastructure to support better education and research.
The inauguration ceremony featured many notable officials and local representatives, highlighting the significance of these new facilities for Madhya Pradesh. The creation of these units is expected to greatly assist local farmers and students by offering access to modern veterinary care, training, and resources.
The Veterinary Clinical Complex will focus on both clinical practice and research, meeting the health needs of livestock in nearby rural areas. The new residential complex will improve the learning environment by providing students with modern and comfortable housing.
