UP State Government Announces Cashless Medical Treatment for All State Teachers
CM Yogi has affirmed that this initiative will act as a symbol of the government’s gratitude for teachers’ contributions.
The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath, has announced that all teachers and staff in the state will be able to avail the cashless medical treatment. This facility is expected to cover teachers in primary, upper primary, secondary, and aided schools and colleges, as well as Shiksha Mitras and instructors, including cooks also.
While attending the state-level teachers’ honor ceremony in Lucknow on Teachers Day, CM said that around nine lakh teachers and their families will no longer face financial difficulties in the event of illness or emergency.

During the Teachers’ Day event in Lucknow, CM Yogi honored teachers, distributed tablets, and inaugurated smart classrooms. On this occasion, the CM said that the teachers across the state must continue to perform their best for the education of the children, while we assure them of full government support.
