Final Dividend: Rs. 1.00 per share of Rs. 5/- each (subject to approval of shareholders at the AGM)
The final dividend will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the end of business hours on 21 September 2026.
This clarification has been issued in continuation of the Company’s earlier intimation dated 4 September 2026 and in response to a query from BSE.
