The company's Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share (50% on face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2025-26.

• Revenue from Operations: ₹34,075.81 crore

• Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹2,030.00 crore

• Net Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,602.57 crore

• Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹2.44 (not annualized)

• Interim Dividend: ₹5.00 per share (Record Date: 5th February 2026)

Segment-Wise Performance (Q3 FY25)

• Natural Gas Marketing: Largest contributor with revenue of ₹30,605.41 crore

• Transmission Services (Natural Gas): Revenue of ₹2,760.81 crore with segment profit of ₹1,376.09 crore

Exceptional Item and Contingent Liabilities
