New Delhi: The 1973 established Government of India Enterprise Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited – MIDHANI will announce the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company. The company will hold its board meeting on February 4th, 2025.
MIDHANI in its regulatory filing states, " This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 4th February 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2024.
