NEW DELHI: Government owned MOIL Ltd has informed the exchanges that the company will announce the third quarter financial results on 30th January, 2026.
The PSU company will also declare the second interim dividend for FY 2025-26. The company has fixed the record date for the payment of second interim dividend i.e. on 05.02.2026.
According to the filing, this is to inform that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 30th January, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 and declare 2nd Interim Dividend for Financial year 2025-26, if any.
Currently, the shares of MOIL Ltd are trading down by 2.46 pc at Rs 336.40 at BSE.
